I purchased this golf cart about eight months ago. Now, I am a shopper and tried to learn all that I could about golf carts. After all my research and shopping I met Sam. His calm, professional no pressure approach set my mind at ease. He answered all my questions and explained all the nuances of the golf cart world. We settled on a very fair price. But the most important consideration for my review was the support I have received post purchase. As one might expect I have needed a couple of repairs and Sam took care of me every step of the way. Over the 2 years, i have had a couple of small maintenance issues (normal stuff), and Sam has consistently taken care of me quickly, and without question. I am often biased toward the larger dealers/businesses - but cannot give a higher recommendation to Sam’s personal touch.
